Instructions

  1. Prepare Cauliflower: Cut the cauliflower into even sized florets to ensure they cook evenly.
  2. Mix Seasonings: In a small bowl, whisk together smoked paprika, turmeric powder, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat Cauliflower: In a large bowl, add the cauliflower florets and the seasoning mixture. Toss well to coat. Pour in olive oil and toss again so the spices and oil evenly coat the florets.
  4. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes to prepare it for cooking.
