Ingredients
Scale
Main Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 cups rosé wine
- ¼ cup simple syrup
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4-5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients. Place the frozen strawberries, rosé wine, simple syrup, lemon juice, and ice cubes into your blender.
- Blend Mixture. Blend on high speed until the mixture reaches a smooth, slushy consistency, which usually takes about 30 to 60 seconds depending on your blender's power.
- Serve and Garnish. Pour the frosè into glasses and garnish with additional strawberries if desired before serving immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute simple syrup with granulated sugar, strawberry syrup, or any sweetener of your choice or omit it completely for a less sweet drink.
- Use a dry or sweet rosé that you enjoy drinking on its own. White wine can be used as an alternative if rosé is unavailable.
- For a stronger cocktail, add 1 ounce of vodka per serving and consider increasing the ice accordingly.
