Description

A refreshing Frosè recipe combining frozen strawberries, rosé wine, simple syrup, and lemon juice blended to a smooth, slushy consistency. Perfect for enjoying a chilled, fruity cocktail on a warm day.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups rosé wine
  • ¼ cup simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients. Place the frozen strawberries, rosé wine, simple syrup, lemon juice, and ice cubes into your blender.
  2. Blend Mixture. Blend on high speed until the mixture reaches a smooth, slushy consistency, which usually takes about 30 to 60 seconds depending on your blender's power.
  3. Serve and Garnish. Pour the frosè into glasses and garnish with additional strawberries if desired before serving immediately.

Notes

  • You can substitute simple syrup with granulated sugar, strawberry syrup, or any sweetener of your choice or omit it completely for a less sweet drink.
  • Use a dry or sweet rosé that you enjoy drinking on its own. White wine can be used as an alternative if rosé is unavailable.
  • For a stronger cocktail, add 1 ounce of vodka per serving and consider increasing the ice accordingly.
