Instructions
- Prep the glasses: Sprinkle Tajín seasoning onto a plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of two glasses and dip each glass into the seasoning, rolling to coat fully. Set aside.
- Blend the margarita: In a high-powered blender, combine frozen mango chunks, blanco tequila, freshly squeezed lime juice, and guava jelly (or chosen sweetener). Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Adjust consistency and flavor: Check the mixture's thickness and sweetness. If too thin, add ice and blend again to thicken. Add more sweetener if desired and blend briefly to combine.
- Serve: Pour the frozen mango margarita evenly into the rimmed glasses. Garnish with sliced lime or fresh mango pieces as desired and enjoy immediately.
