Description

Delicious and creamy Oreo fudge made with white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and chopped Oreos for a rich, decadent treat perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Base

  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 ¾ cups (468 g) white chocolate chips
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Add-ins

  • 10 Oreos, chopped
  • A few additional broken Oreos for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pan: Line an 8 or 9 inch square baking dish with aluminum foil, ensuring the foil extends up the sides to make removal easier. Set aside.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a microwave-safe glass bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir well to slightly mix the ingredients before heating.
  3. Microwave and Stir: Microwave the mixture on full power for 1 minute. Remove and stir thoroughly until the white chocolate chips have melted and the mixture is smooth. Avoid overheating to prevent scorching and crumbly texture.
  4. Add Flavorings and Oreos: Stir in the chopped Oreos, salt, and vanilla extract until evenly distributed through the fudge mixture.
  5. Transfer and Press Toppings: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly to your desired thickness. Press extra broken Oreos on top for added texture and decoration if desired.
  6. Set the Fudge: Allow the fudge to set at room temperature for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight for best results. You may cover it loosely with foil during this time.
  7. Cut and Store: Once set, remove the fudge from the pan using the foil edges, cut into 25 pieces. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • Make sure to microwave the chocolate and condensed milk only for 1 minute to avoid burning the chocolate.
  • Press the Oreos into the top while the fudge is still soft for a nice presentation and extra crunch.
  • If you prefer a firmer fudge, refrigerate it after setting to speed up the process.
  • Use aluminum foil to easily lift the fudge out of the pan for clean cutting.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container to maintain freshness up to two weeks.
