Pretzel Layer

- 11 oz Kraft caramels, unwrapped
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside for easy removal of the bark later.
- Melt chocolate: Melt the milk chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each interval until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
- Spread chocolate base: Spread about two-thirds of the melted chocolate evenly onto the prepared parchment paper in the baking sheet to form the base layer.
- Add pretzels: Lay the pretzels evenly over the melted chocolate. Gently press them down so they stick into the chocolate.
- Melt caramel with cream: Melt the unwrapped caramels and heavy cream together in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth and pourable.
- Drizzle caramel: Drizzle the melted caramel mixture evenly over the pretzel layer.
- Finish with chocolate drizzle: Use the remaining melted chocolate to drizzle over the caramel and pretzel layer for a decorative and tasty topping.
- Chill and set: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator until the bark is fully set and firm, about 1 hour.
- Serve: Break into pieces and serve as a sweet and salty treat.

- If you prefer milk-free, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and use dairy-free caramel.
