Instructions

  3. Coat avocado slices: Using one slice at a time, lightly coat it with the flour mixture, then dip into the non-dairy milk to moisten. Next, press the slice into the panko breadcrumbs, coating both sides thoroughly. Arrange the coated slices evenly in the air fryer basket.
  4. Spray and air fry: Lightly spray the avocado slices with oil to promote crispness. Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway if desired. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste once hot.
