- Slow Cooker Method: After browning and draining the sausage, transfer it to the slow cooker. Add the Velveeta cubes and Rotel with liquid, then stir to combine. - Microwave Method: After browning and draining the sausage, place it in a medium microwave-safe bowl along with Velveeta cubes and Rotel (with liquid).
